The Berkana Women's Leadership Revival featuring the incredible Margaret Wheatley was a fantastic celebration of the power of women. The extraordinary women who participated turned on my tap of inspirational juices! It was a privilege to be a part of this day.

Strategic plan for a provincial healthcare organization that was experiencing amalgamation pains. Spread out over a number of sessions, this group worked in a concentrated, personal format to develop a general plan that could be easily communicated throughout its network.

The new School of Extended Learning ran a one-day Appreciative Inquiry session to determine how to best integrate its philosophy into the existing infrastructure of the university. Stakeholders from across the community participated in this very interactive session as the first step in.

A three-day workshop aimed at creating an integrated environmental program within every facet of this multi-national engineering firm. Visioning, strategic planning and taking a hard look at themselves formed a large part of the program.

An Ottawa-based, bilingual hospital that is tackling the strategic challenges of working through the construction of an addition that will double their capacity. The Hospital mapped out a strategy in an effort to ensure seamless, quality care to its patients and minimize associated stress to its valued employees.

As a celebration of its 60 years in business, this specialty food company developed a visual of its new Mission and Vision to share with its employees and suppliers. This visual, created in-studio, is being used in its national print material and decorates the lobby of every ID office across Canada.

Designed to cultivate the future leaders of the community, Leadership Ottawa offers a fabulous one-year program in leadership and all its ramifications. The graduation ceremony provided a forum for the participants to present their various projects and what they got out of the program.

A two-hour session organized by the Ottawa Police department as an open forum for the gay/lesbian/trans community of Ottawa. In an attempt to strengthen their relationship, this relatively unstructured evening was very vocal and fast-paced.
