I cannot begin to tell you how much the Council on Palliative Care appreciates the graphic chart that you made for us at our Seminar on Volunteers in September 2006. As there were 250 people at tha Seminar, the Chart received a very large 'viewership'. After the Seminar, we moved it into the Poster and Bookstore Room so that all 1500 registered participants at the 14th International Congress on the Care of the Terminally Ill would be able to see it.
It received 'rave reviews' and we have since put it on our website and will be using it for our twice yearly series of workshops. It is so clear and makes the salient points, which were brought out during the Seminar, come to life.
We have found the simple, clear format easy to work with. We can just look at the chart quickly, pick out a word which immediately reminds us of the points that made it important enough for you to put that one word in its place.
